Falcons Training Camp may be winding down, but the youth football season is right around the corner, and the Northside Youth Organization (NYO) has been preparing for a great start to the season.

Former Atlanta Falcons Linebacker Buddy Curry and Master Trainer with USA Football— and his 501c3 organization, KIDS & PROS, held a 4-day youth football safety camp – Monday, July 29th – Thursday, August 1 just for NYO, at our own Chastain Park.

Nine former NFL players came out to support the camp and work with over 100 kids from NYO to teach safe tackling to prevent injuries, like concussions, as well as teach basic football skills and key character values. (See the list below).

In addition to the camp itself, there was a special awards ceremony, as well as an autograph session the last night of camp.
